A quick google search... recommended daily for calcium is 1000mg.
Red Pepper: 14mg
Zucchini & Squash: 18mg each
That doesn't seem like it adds up to 1000% of 1000mg

We recently got a Doc Green's Salad and Grill in our city. I was looking over the menu and they have a Dr Grilled Veggie salad that I was looking up the nutritional info for. It says the value for Calcium is 1068%. That sounds way high to me. You can click on items to add or take off the salads and it recalculates the nutritional values so it looks like the big calcium items are roasted red peppers and the grilled zucchini and summer squash. Does that seem high to anyone else? I was thinking of emailing them and asking if it is correct.

Maybe it needs a decimal point in there.
Anyone ever been to a Doc Green's? I haven't been there yet.
Doc Green. For a restaurant. And peddling health info about their menu. Sounds like a marketing scheme to someone one the opposite side of the pond.
It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.
