If you want Italian, I'd HIGHLY recommend Riviera Ristorante:

The owners are all cyclists and they have some nice cycling memorabilia on the walls along the way to the bathrooms.

I don't think 7 pm is too late, and either Mexican or Italian would be fine with me.

Maybe we could do the Italian place Deanna recommends for Friday dinner, and hit the infamous Puerta Vallarta for an early dinner or late lunch on Saturday after the ride?

(The Fun Factor involving Margaritas seem a little higher post-ride than pre-ride to me!)

    Snap? Any thoughts?

Anyone else want to chime in?

Great! Sounds like the four of us for sure. Anyone else?

Terrific! That's five, and my new Seven makes it an even six at the table! (Just kidding - it's a young bike and needs its beauty rest - it will already be asleep in the hotel room)

    No word from Snap...

I'm not going to make it this weekend -- stuff happened.

Y'all have a great time - and don't forget the ride reports.

So unless I hear from anyone else in the next few hours, I'll make reservations for 5 at Riviera Ristorante at 7m.

Report? Or are you all still recovering from the standard Santa Rosa post-ride dinner?

I did the ride and now its my favorite. Yes Chalk Hill was long but overall the ride was very enjoyable- hard not to stop a one of the numerous winery's tasting rooms!! What a beautiful ride-Ill do it again next year.
