I signed up for the metric - always subject to change to the even shorter route, depending on my fitness level at the time.

    I'll ride with you, Snap!

I'm hoping melissam will go, and my friends Mary and Nicole too. Looks like fun!

So far it's been mostly trainer miles for me this year, except for a few saddle break-in rides. It's all about the saddle for me on a metric - I'm trying out a Brooks now, and I might get my butt onto the Selle An-Atomica and give that a try.

Z, I've heard lots of raves for the Selle An-Atomica, you should give it a try !

I signed Lee & me up for the 200K, but it sounds like Lee is going to opt for the 100 mi or the metric instead. He's having second thoughts about this long-distance thing...

Right now I need to get my base built...again. I'm sure my average speed is somewhere around 10 mph, on the flats! I can't keep up with you guys!

Where is melissam? She should sign up.

Hopefully I'll have my bike rehabbed (new bars, brakes, shifters...) by the time this rolls around. Maybe I'll think about saddles then. The Selle An Atomica looks interesting.

Speed doesn't matter. It's about the company.

Yay! I am so glad Z and Snap are doing this!

No more doggie parades!!! (Well, I'm sure that was fun, but seriously.)

Ayeeeee!!! I have fallen to peer pressure and am signing up. After all, who am I to go against Snap's recommendation and dash BikerZ's hopes?!

PS I have it on good authority that BikerZ will be auditioning the Selle An Atomica within the next week or so.

I would love to come ride this with you all but being about 3 hours from home it will be a long day. After April's ride schedule I think I need to save up some babysitting points with my husband for LRRH.

I registered for the 100K last night and today there are no more entries left. I have a cycling friend who would like to register. Does this event allow other riders to buy an entry from someone who cannot participate?
What would be the best way to try to get waiting list info, etc?
Thanks for your help and info!

    BTW, yes.

As far as I know the whole Davis/Sacramento/Placerville crowd is staying Saturday night. We want a leisurely, touristy and lazy Sunday.

The ride sold out at 11:30 last night. Whippetgirl, you may have been the last registrant. I would send an email through the SRCC page about somebody taking over a registration. I believe it's been done, but I'm not sure of the procedure.

I'll be at check-in Friday night and then at the SoCo Bike Coalition table at the finish (probably all day). Stop by and say hello!

Is the entire ride sold out - including the 200k? (I am registered, but just want to make sure I know in case someone asks.)
