    Hey, ladies!

It was another good year of scaring the neighbourhood kids and giving them way too much candy. A few photos that give you an idea of what our yard was like:

If I can get video onto the site, you'll be able to hear what it was like, too! very scary!!

Lots of really cute kids in great costumes!

    Cheers!

Wow, you went all out decorating things up. Where I live I never get kids, so I don't get to decorate or have the little ones come to my house. Sometimes this is a really good thing, and other times I would love to see all the little costumes.

Wow, your decorating and pumpkins were awesome! I had trouble getting one pumpkin carved and out on time....

Wasn't it cold last night?! I think it was -8. I took Jesse out trick-or-treating and my face and hands were frozen by the time I got home...

Oh, that's just cool! Very creative.
With my hours, I haven't been able to be home for the kids in a couple of years. My dog used to LOVE trick or treat night tho. All those kids coming to visit her. (or so she thought)

Yes, this is the time of year DH and I put a lot of effort into. It's just tooo much fun! And we load the kids up with way too much sugar, too.

It was cold here last night, I thought around -7....brrrrrrrrrrr, but since we came from Williams Lake, it seemed pretty nice comparatively! I had a lot of layers under my witch clothes!!

The dogs, unfortunately, don't get to participate. We keep them in the kitchen with the door closed. They still bark, but at least they don't lunge at an unsuspecting small child who may already be afraid and who may already be afraid of dogs. Of course, the lunge would just be to give them a kiss, but the kid wouldn't know that!!

I also have always tried to be super careful on Halloween and tried to keep dogs and cats in the house all evening....just in case. Doesn't take much to spook one! It sure is fun, though, when someone shows up with their dog along for trick or treating! I love that!

    Happy All Souls Day, everyone!

Love the puking pumpkin, LBTC! I've done some creative pumpkin carving, too, but not this year. Kids are all grown up and I am just too busy. Nice to see someone else's!
