Yay, Crankin! It is hard to sell a house these days, with all the protections built-in for the buyers. I dread buying one at some point in part because I don't want to have to sell it. Buying is easy-peasy compared to selling. Glad all is going to work out for you, and the sangria sounds like a perfect celebration!

I am grateful for Team Estrogen!!! To have a place to buy the clothes I need for activities that bring me joy, a place that recognized women as athletes who were worthy of quality products that fit our different shapes and sizes... thank you to Susan and Jeff and everyone who has worked there over the past 18 years!!

I am grateful for still being able to be as active as I am. Also very thankful for my job which I enjoy so much, belonging to a wonderful church community in which I (finally) fit, the friends in my life, and those hobbies that keep my interest. My body may appear to be falling apart but I'm many things to be thankful for - including Tea Estrogen and this forum!
