New Spinervals Releases

'Tis the season for spending more time inside on the trainer. Just in the nick of time, Coach Troy has released three new workouts. I went ahead and ordered all of them (he's offering a discount if you purchase all three).

When I test them out, I'll write reviews.

We just received quite a few of the new DVD"S last week, although we won't start training with them until January. I've watched/listened to them as I was working,and they seem as always something I'll be looking forward to!

Have fun with them!
