Race to replace, or replace to race...whichever :)

Ok, so my bike was totalled yesterday and I'm suddenly on the market for a new upper-end women's race bike. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm a Cat 4 mostly racing in crits and a few road races. I was riding on a custom ti frame, but I want something a bit more stiff and responsive now that I'm racing more seriously.

I went and test road a Scott Contessa CR1 Pro today and I liked it, but I'm also interested in Terry and Kestrel. Does anyone have any experience with these companies? My major issues are frame size and in particular top tube length, I'm only 5'0 so I ride a really small frame.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated
