Another first tri report.
Overall it was a great morning, on a great beginners course which was flat with lots of room for everyone. I came second in my age group and 5th women overall (I think there were only 20 though). Need to get cracking now if I'm going to finish a HIM in Sept

Well... a HIM in September? You better get to training! My HIM is in October, and I'm already worried I won't come off the 56 mike bike fresh... if I don't start kicking my miles into high gear... soon. Best of luck and keep us updated!
