If you ladies in the MD/DC/VA/PA area are willing to make the drive for a great bike tech, Tom Rinker at The Bicycle Escape is wonderful. I've run the gamut at bike shops from guys who look over my head as they're talking to me, to guys who patiently answer my questions but still make me feel as if they're working at that patience. Tom is not only patient with my bike babble and paranoia over anything that might be wrong with my pony, he actually seems to enjoy our conversations.

And, on top of that, he does an impeccable bar tape wrap

I highly recommend him and his shop.
