I am 147 today. I am retaining from hard lifting so maybe next week I'll be less. Hoping!

Slightly down this week to 216.8, despite a sudden influx of family and therefore a lack of cycling this week. Every little bit helps I suppose.

I've worked off enough of my vacation scones to be back under my WW goal. Excellent.

My mom & niece are coming for a visit all next week. My mom is on WW, so rather than being a potentially bad food week, it should actually be a great one. It'll be reinforcing for both of us.

    Adding in updates.

So using the daily plate, I clearly had 2 weeks where the net calories indicated weight loss and the scale each time had 2 lbs down. Then I went back home last weekend so it was hard to track while there, came back here, and I was up 5 lbs, which held steady to today. How is that even possible? Has made me very discouraged, I must admit. UGH! I'm starting to think I need to go to a nutritionist or something. I need to do SOMETHING.

    Back up to 173.4

Last week was clearly my dehydration issue. I felt like I had a hang-over that whole day, so I'm not surprised. It's also been a super busy week with little exercise and lack-luster eating, so I'm actually happy that I'm not even heavier!

I just received a new workout program last night and it looks both effective and fun - so I'm looking forward to making some REAL progress going forward.

135 today. I know I shouldn't be hopeful that this is real weight loss rather than water weight fluctuation - which I am soooo good at - but I'll take it.

I haven't updated because i've actually gotten heavier.
    67.7kg week before
    68.7kg last week
    68.2kg this week

    sigh...

work keeps me pretty busy on a chair grading papers.

    I will keep trying harder!

Down a pound to 146. It may be just be a temporary downturn since it's been 147-148 all week, but I'll take it.

I will be on vacation all of next week so won't be getting in any cycling and will probably not be eating as well as I should. I'll be amazed if I hold this weight for next week. But I'm visiting a good friend who I rarely get to see...it's worth it if it sets me back on my goals by a week or two.

176.8. This week has really been a struggle and my weight has been up all week until today. Is it normal to retain water when your muscles are sore?

Susan good job getting below your WW goal again.
