I can't seem to find what my body needs. I don't crave anything in particular, I'm just hungry. Even drinking more water isn't helping. I know I'm eating enough calories but I've also been cycling just about every day. I take a vitamin/mineral supplement to help balance the diet. Thought my weight would be down more this week since I'm kicking up the workouts.![]()
Is this another symptom of overtraining?![]()
