This will be my very first tri season...ever.
So far, I've only officially signed up for the first one - a pool sprint in early May: The Canby Gator Grinder (Susan made me!).
Then my plan is the following:
June: Blue Lake Sprint - June 5th (for OWS exposure)
July: no races - focus on farming
Aug: Crater Lake Century - mid-Aug
Sept: Black Hills Olympic - Sept 12 (my first Oly)
I've been slowly ramping up my running with a permanent foot issue (due to flat feet) and I been incorporating the Chi Running techniques to the best of my ability. I haven't gotten the DVD yet, but I've read the book and I'm using that. So far, so good!

Most of the TE staff does this tri every year. Looking to beat my time of 1:23:17, mainly by improving my run.)

I was a really poor runner at the time, so needless to say, I was almost the last person to finish. They waited for everyone, obviously, but they *were* dismantling the finish line banner when I got there.
