methinks that the vino Wahine mentions enjoying on the OTA thread may've assisted in her creative acronym'ing!

At one point last night I was looking out at Lake Union (from the relative warmth of my living room) and was wondering why it looked like it was snowing. I was relieved (and laughing) when I started hearing reports from other friends around the area that they were wondering the same thing. Because if other people thought it was snowing too, it meant I was just that little tiny bit less crazy...

    Have FUN!!!

I hope you all take pictures

I wish I could be there. DH was looking forward to learning about wheels (and drinking beer, no doubt!), also.

This was a fortunate/unfortunate (something I wanted to do but the timing is SO bad!) and I'll be gone from around 7am until 11pm on Saturday. I never work OT but am kind of obligated on this one.

I hope the weather fates smile on you and I can't wait to hear all about it!!!

hmmm...does one day of OT entitle me to a new bike?!

Thanks, Teigyr; we'll miss you too...also, I betcha that BiaK wouldn't mind your DH's company - can never have enough beer drinkers about workstands and wheels, y'know!

That's a looooong day, f'sure, so take it easy all the way through. Re: small print - I recall you having a pretty sweet steed already, but agree that new bikes are tantalizing anytime!

    That's a really good question.

I tried to think of something that started with H and fake it. I couldn't think of anything. Definitely a vino induced typo.

    Darn!

Is the pass closed yet? We're under a winter storm watch here through saturday morning. Four to seven inches possible in the valleys!

My sister wrangled herself a great deal on a professional bike fit here in town today, so in the interest of saving money for the other bike trips we have coming up we decided not to come over. Besides, we already took the snow tires off the car.

    Darn, darn, darn! bikerHen

    Okey-doke.

Well, now we're down to a number of folks which *almost* matches the number of seats I can wrangle up.

Erm, I may have missed this, but what time are we meeting?

And why am I about to go RUNNING IN THE SNOW FALLING FROM THE SKY?

I'm not questioning the running.... but the snow?
