VERY COOL! Welcome to the world of triathlon !

It sounds like you are setting yourself up for SUCCESS! Wow, you get to go to a Chi workshop? Awesome! My running coach pretty much teaches that form... and it's different. Good... but different.

Happy to hear your swimming is good. That's usually what gets everyone. Most people find running easier to pick up than swimming.

    And your cycling is solid.

You are going to do a great job!!!!

Please keep us updated on your training progress, and the race!

OH, and to learn even more about triathlon, and to LOG all of your workouts, go to: www.beginnertriathlete.com. And if you upgrade your account, you will access to training workouts.

    Good luck!

PS- Make sure you do BRICK workouts. Basically you ride your bike and then go run/walk. It is very important that you get at least 1 of these in a week. The feeling moving from bike to run, is what makes triathlon... triathlon.
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside thoroughly used-up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: WOW WHAT A RIDE!!!!"
