    Using a Thule Rack

I'm having trouble getting my 2 hybrid bikes to be stable on a thule 4 bike hitch rack. I'm using the blue straps that are included but they do not seem to work well. The front tire swing constantly and the bike shift during the car ride. Any suggestions?

    Thule

    Hi LR2
I also have a Thule 4 bike post hitch bike rack and have not had any problems. Mine has the rubber straps that go over the top tube and the bike sits pretty secure. If I'm only carrying one bike I make sure it's closest to my car and I use a velcro strap to hold the wheel to the frame so it doesn't bang back and forth. How old is your bike rack? Mine is only a year old. My only complaint is screwing in the pin each time to put the rack on. Hubby may drill it out to accept a regular hitch pin.
