    A few years ago, I was convinced that if a woman lifts heavy weights in the gym, then she will definitely have massively pumped muscles. I refused to take dumbbells heavier than 3 kilograms, I didn’t want to pull myself up, thinking that I would look like a fitness model. How wrong I was!
