Opinion on biking pant

Hey all, I need a new pair of biking pants. Not rain pants, have those and not tights, have those too. Something that fits over my shorts with some wind resistant factor. I am looking at the alcove hybrid pant from Garneau https://garneau.com/us/en/women-s-alcove-hybrid-pants
Anybody have a pair? Thoughts or other suggestions. We have a garneau account so that is why I looked there first but open to other ideas. Thanks

I have a pair of Terry commuter pants, that I wore last week for the first time in awhile. I wear a liner chamois under them (it comes with one). Stylish, with a sort of repellent type fabric. But, they are nice enough to wear at work, in a more casual setting. It was lightly dirzzling when I rode to work, and I did not feel wet.
