I am back to normal. No more swelling, nor pain. I guess SynviscOne also kicked in since I can climb stairs without feeling anything at all.

I know all is very fragile, and will remain for life since the knees are already damaged a lot. So I have to be careful in doing my activities and not overdo on anything.

I tried going for a bike ride last Sunday. It was soooo hot and sticky that after 8km I was back in car and heading to campground while hubby decided to do his route as he is used to that one. After an hour he came back and said he had more than enough. Too hot and hills killed all the fun do to heat. hihi

But I am happy to walk normally for now. It is when something goes "wrong" that you notice how badly you miss the "old" times.
