GRRRRRRRRRR YES... they CAN change it to a triple.... if they don't WANT to... then find another bike shop! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

they will also have to change the shifter... and of course... you should expect to pay the difference... but to tell you they CAN'T!!!!!!!!!
