PS: tlkiwi, I agree. Rats are loud! Also roosters. I did an informal, observational study in Jamaica when I was working there for 2 months. Roosters, according to my research, crow for 22 hours a day. Probably in shifts. Or possibly they were just short a rooster to cover the 2-4 AM shift, when there was relative quiet. I was staying in a small town. Really, how many roosters does one community need? By the time I left, I wanted to start a national "Eat More Rooster" campaign!![]()
