Anyone doing this? It's a free training program (but you have to have a lot of the DVD's, I expect, in order to make it work well).
I have added it to my training peaks account. I have finals next week, so I am sure that I won't hit 100% compliance, but I would really like to get a head start as I am pondering some crazy pre-med school goals
