Creepy push ups?
It was a great workout. We started off doing overhead press, taking turns with the bar. Then did bicep curls with the same weight. We did these push ups. The first round was just flat and passing the ball. The second round we did them with one foot up. The third round we attempted doing them on the fit balls. That was pretty hilarious. It was cool doing everything with Thom because we're a team and encourage each other.
