Yesterday:
B: eggs scrambled with spinach, 1/4 avocado, coffee (down to 1 cup a day right now)
1 hour group training - this one was much lower in intensity - no crazy metabolic work. Unsure if that is what he had planned or if it is because I was there and he knows I've been ill. Followed with protein shake
L: Mulligatawny Stew
S: Kefir, small apple
D: Last of the Mulligatawny Stew
I am looking forward to a bit more experimentation in the kitchen this weekend with my new cookbookAnd...I've re-gained the weight I lost last weekend when I was so sick - and I am NOT complaining about that.
