don't have any recipes and am not gluten intolerant but have steered several gluten intolerant biking friends to a commercial product found in grocery store health food aisle. Kind Bars are excellent for riding- sturdy enough to stand up to repeated trips in a hot sweaty jersey pocket and several flavors are chocolate free so they don't get all messy and nasty in said hot sweaty pocket.



. I tend to do the banana/apple/orange/almonds thing mostly but also make these balls of yumminess (they sit in jersey pockets nicely)
