Can't say I like bridges, but I don't hate them either. My biggest lesson with them has been keep your eyes where you want to go, not where you don't want to go! Experiencing that lesson sucks.

Thanks, all! I have gotten MUCH better at bridges over time. Usually, if they are reasonably wide (ish) and without penalty, I'm all set. I have much more trouble when I have to get up onto it, or drop onto it from a rock, dropoff etc. I have slid off a VERY wet bridge in the past. Ultimately, I'm really just risk averse. And thekarens - that's what I practice all the time, and getting better at it.
Crankin - I don't think the TT is going to start until June this year. There is sewer work going on on Lowell Rd and we want to be sure the road will be ok before we get started.
