L: Ham with a small slice of wheat bread, some pretzles and veggies ( peppers, onions, zuch, carrots.)
45 min lower body weight workout and 45 min walk
S: Small square of dark chocolate
D: Broiled shrimp and a large salad
S: 1 graham cracker and some fresh strawberries.![]()

The rest of that stuff was ok in my book. And you passed on bread? Really? You should get 'brownie' points for that anyway...so see...it all works out in the end.
