The catalog that came with my old Selle Italia does list two models:
Diva Flow (with a cutout) and the Diva (no cutout).

Edit: That catalog is probably 3 years old. The no-cut-out version appears to have been discontinued. However, you might be able to find new old stock, or people selling their old saddles.
    Here's an E-bay listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SELLE-ITALIA...#ht_902wt_1037
And here's one for a white one (seconds, unfortunately, but who's going to be able to tell if your butt's on it?): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Selle-Italia...#ht_855wt_1037

I just received the Diva from Owlie's ebay link! Unfortunately it's been rainibg all weekend so I haven't had a chance to test it out. I'm hoping it's the one. I currently have a Specialized Lithia but I feel like it's too narrow. I can live* with the Lithia since my girly bits seems to be fine but my bum is sore. My Brooks B67 is on my folder and it's perfect but I wanted something different for my roadster.

Hey, did you wind up liking this? I'm considering this saddle. I'm having just sit-bone pains on my men's Selle Itaia Flite (fine for short trips, but most rides are ~60 miles and I'm DYING at end and can't get on a bike for two days at least). But yeah, since my "soft tissue" a/k/a girly bits are fine I think I want to stay away from cutouts.
