    S: small apple with a tiny bit of peanut butter
    L: roasted chicken breast sandwich with sprouted bread
    S: 1/2 cliff bar

    45 minute training session, 30 minutes arc trainer

    D: low carb wheat wrap with chicken and veggies

    S: small amount of granola with skim milk...

    L: salad with tuna, ww cous cous, garbanzo beans, apple
    S: nuts and cranberries
    DRosh Hashanah, so a bit bigger than usual), piece of raisin challah, roasted chicken breast, butternut squash, 2 pieces of raisin kugel.
    Don't know why that frown face is in there... I can't delete it!

    D: 2 bowls of yummy homemade chicken soup with potatoes, chard, cabbage, onions, carrots and celery, 1 glass prosecco

    2 slices challah-raisin french toast and fruit... a Rosh Hashanah tradition in my house, coffee

    piece of gefilte fish, slice of challah with cream cheese, piece of raisin kugel

    OK, enough of the Jewish food. Went out for dinner to celebrate the new year, with Italian food: penne with fresh marinara, and veal meatballs (I ate about 2/3 of this), half a salad with apples and goat cheese, one glass of chianti

    Breakfast: shredded wheat, 1% milk, coffee
    Lunch: 1 piece of toast, 2 pieces havarti cheese; glass of homemade carrot/apple juice
    Dinner: Bowl of homemade chicken vege soup, 1 glass of prosecco
    Dessert: small piece of carrot cake

    Put a space between the colon and the...what's the singular of parentheses? Parenthesis?

    Anyway, the last few days have been terrible: I blame the pharmacokinetics exam and my ovaries!
    Wed:
    B: Cereal
    L: Spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries (with ketchup) and a Dr. Pepper from the cafeteria. (Their fries are good!)
    S: Don't remember. Probably almonds and a mixture of mocha protein drink stuff and milk
    D: Burrito (brown rice, beef, sour cream, salsa)

    Thurs:
    B: Black tea with milk and sugar; bacon, egg and cheese sandwich from Starbucks.
    L: Thai curry--spaghetti squash, bell pepper, onion, chicken and broccoli
    S: Half a club sandwich, popcorn, Dr. Pepper from the cafeteria during some last-minute studying,
    D: The other half of the sandwich.

    Today:
    B: Cereal with 1%
    L: I forgot my lunch this morning, so it was nachos from the cafeteria. No, not the kind with the fake cheese sauce--these had chicken, cheese, salsa, lettuce and some sour cream. They weren't too bad, actually.
    S: Tea with milk and slightly too much sugar.
    D: Burrito
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Another day of too much eating...
    B: one slice of left over challah french toast, orange, tea
    18 mile ride
    coffee
    L: I had to eat out in between clients and the cafe I went to was out of business. I ended up at a diner and had a very salty Greek omelette and 2 slices of ww toast
    D: OK, won't go into this. It was our first night of our theatre subscription for the year and we went out to a tapas restaurant. It was awesome. 5 different tapas, shared with DH and 2 glasses of sangria.

    No weigh in today...

    Wow, I did not eat much yesterday! I guess I was not hungry since I have not been doing much lately. Hurt my back (upper back) playing tennis and have been trying to let the inflammation die down.
