The run you have gotten better at, even tho I know it's still the bane of your existence. You are a good runner, tho- be proud of how good you truly are!

My goal is to get the run to be comparable to the other two. Although sometimes I wonder if there is something in my physiology that makes it impossible. Mostly I think I just don't have enough experience with running. My first three years I really did not have a solid running plan and just kind of slogged out the miles.
