2 bites of a Luna bar, run/walk for 30 minutes on hotel treadmill
B: egg whites, scrambled, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 4 pieces of turkey Canadien bacon, coffee
L: salad with lettuce, kidney beans, orzo, veggies, wine vinegar, cup of italian wedding soup, apple, nuts and cranberries
S: Luna Bar
D: flatbread tomato and mozzarella pizza, glass of red wine (still finishing that)

I'm doing OK, even with being away at this terrible class.
