I think that at the beginning of the video I saw one of the guys reach down and do something with his fork. Maybe there is a flipper-type thing (technical term, see also: jargon) that locks the front fork?
I'm not going to look again, it makes me feel too inadequate.
Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.
