    Too much...

    Today:

B: 3 egg omelet with feta, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach. 2% milk, coffee, 1 slice whole grain toast

3 hour mountain bike ride.... Really a combination of walking and mountain biking but more riding than walking

L: who needs lunch? shot blocks and a honey stinger gel.
Cliff bar after getting in from ride. Was going to take PB sandwich and apple with me on the trail but forgot.

Another mtn bike ride, short one of about 30 minutes.

D: grilled chicken breast on a ciabatta roll with spinach and tomato. Small mixed green salad with oil/vineager dressing, 8 yummy French fries with rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese.

It was a crazy day yesterday. I laughed when I realized my lunch was a croissant, 3 clam cakes, and an ear of corn. I kind of picked all day, and now I can't remember everything I ate. I know there was pasta with summer squash for dinner, and throughout the day, lots of amazing cherry tomatoes, half a cantaloupe, bites of pastry, a peach?, cherries, and I think cereal for breakfast. There were slices of baguette, and a cheese sandwich on ww with tomato. It's coming back to me. Oh, and sorbet for dessert, I remember eating that, too.

There are so many farm stands popping up this year, people selling corn by the side of the road. I love shopping this way. It's all so fresh and delicious, and I love the surprise of it. The "Oh, corn!" moment when you notice the stand reminds me of an earlier time, not from my life. It seems like it must have been that way before supermarkets.
