    Thanks, all. A week+ later it feels like it was so long ago. My foot/leg is better but still not right. It's been funny, changing a lot over the week. I've been seeing my friend James, muscle therapist, and he's helping me mobilize the lower leg and the hip. I still have occasional weakness in the leg (hence the work on the hip/glute medius), but I don't think it's anything major; definitely feels like a soft tissue thing. I would like to try a short run (on dirt, of course) this week on some flat terrain to see how it goes. I have tentative plans to do an 18 hour event (as part of a team) in mid-August, so I want to get back to running (plus I really miss it)! Still doing lots of stretching and ice. It's all good
