Undies are a waste of time, just go commando and never look back.

The Isis I remember was a live action show.

Thank you Knott for the excellent review, which simultaneously got me thinking that I need new underwear AND took me back to the 70's!

If you had suddenly gotten as fat as me, you'd be "bitter like quinine" too.

Oh, damm, and this is my 10,000th post....

Well I haven't gained gigantic amounts, but enough to have had to order the next size up today of my favorite hi-vis yellow safety biking tops...

    I'm not alone!

Gee it's nice to know I'm not alone in feeling a tad pudgy. A year ago I was just starting to deal with an unhappy knee (torn ligaments). Haven't been on a decent bike ride in a long time. Then this flatlander moved to a place with real geography. And I'm sceered of them thar hills. Still need to take my road bike to LBS to have it uncreated, reassembled, then have a fitting. With the longer days, I thought I'd take the two of use riding on the bike paths down in the river valley after work.

I have clothes in my closet I can't get into. Must drop the weight I gained.

I'm also woefully out of shape from spending the last two years living in a car-centric perpetual winter wonderland. Clothes still fit (barely) but I've lost muscle tone and stamina.

But I'm back in Seattle now, at least 90% of the time anyway. Should we organize a Seattle TE ride in the near future? Somewhere nice and easy? It's been a while.
