I just began wearing glasses last summer, and the are progressive lenses. I realized I would really benefit from having sunglasses too - for driving and riding. I was able to get a pair of RayBanns, with my progressive prexcription. I have only had them a few weeks, but just used them on a bike tour, and they were great! Oh, and I did use flex $ to purchase them.

Finally decided on my sunglasses. My first pair ever, as I could never afford to have regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. And it's a good thing we have the flexible spending account.....they not cheap, with the polarized, progressive bifocal lenses.

I consulted with the folks at Heavy Glare and the are able to make lenses for my prescription that will fit an Oakley frame- I ended up ordering the Oakley Minute frame in midnight blue (!) Usually, I'm pretty conservative but just didn't want black. They should be here in another 7-10 days and I can let you know how they work.
