Hold the mayo.
As for sweet corn, it's grow your own or nuthin' (and mine's ready for dinner tonight). The sugars start turning into starch the minute it's picked.

My dad used to eat them with mayo too. I'll take them that way or with just S&P. Thank goodness for foods from South America! I wouldn't want to live with out really nice 'maters, 'taters and chilis!
