Just getting around to posting. 126.4
    UGH!!
I admit that I had a bad week and really didn't try AT ALL!
I really am going to give it a good honest try this week to eat good and NO WINE OR BEER! (I just don't stop after 1 glass )

Hopefully this Friday will have a nicer number.

    150.9

Two weeks in a row of solid fat loss (I take body fat measurements too, so I know that this is pretty much ALL fat)! I guess that not missing any workouts and eating on plan really works, right? Actually, it'll take another couple of weeks with this kind of performance for me to believe that my body truly has moved out of the dark ages (caused by synthetic hormones). I'm pleased with my progress though!

147lbs - my weight is up-and-down these days, not sure why. One day I woke up feeling sort of 'out of body experience' and weighed about 143lbs ... I 'gained' back to normal weight within 24 hours. And no, I was not dehydrated. Weird ...

    Thanks for the chart,

    M.

112.6 today. Basically, no change. That's after a lot of miles on the weekend with a lot of climbing (like, 5000 feet altogether) so the muscles were hanging on to a lot of water and then a little over-compensation with chocolate mid-week.
