FS: Specialized BG Pro Carbon mtn shoe - 39/8.5 (worn once)

This is the shoe.


I wore them for a single 14 mile ride. After only a mile or two my feet were totally numb (turns out my Sidis are a MUCH better fit for me, once I added cleat wedges to combat the outer-foot/peroneal tendon pain). Shame, since they are a really nice shoe.

They are yours for $150, including shipping and a set of Shimano SPD 2-bolt cleats.

I have these shoes, and they're awesome if they fit. They run small, even compared to other Specialized shoes. I wear an 39/8.5 street shoe, and had to go up to a 40.5 in these.

Yeah, I wondered about that. I generally wear anywhere from a 7.5-8.5, but my foot is wide. I think they would work well for a 7.5-8 with a more "average" foot.

Bumping...original retail was $225 and currently sell for $190+ on clearance. I'd love to sell these to someone on TE, rather than to a "stranger" on eBay, but I can't hang onto them much longer (we've got a tandem to pay for, heh).
