I absolutely agree. To much cardio is not so good...
Here is a good explanation:
When the body is experiencing a calorie deficit, a cardio activity such as running will cause the body not only to seek out its fat stores for energy but also muscles. In fact, I have learned that the body will eat away at muscle before the fat stores.
Mixing up cardio and weight training is the key. Also everybody burns different calories, it has something to do with your weight, height and I am not sure age... if you search on line you will find a list of burning cal for different excesses.



The back to back classes, well it is not easy to stop this as a gym, they would loose members.
