Hi Lisa,
Funny you should mention that, I just read an article last night that mentioned grape seed oil is good for skin and thought I would try it.
The one mentioned in the article is this Jergens lotion. http://www.jergens.com/Our_Collectio...p?ProductID=30
I've never used it, but bet it is relatively inexpensive.

Grape Seed Extract

I have been reading about the benefits of grape seed extract, for skin, as an anti-inflammatory and many other benefits.
Anyone know a good brand? It looks like one can take 300 mg a day or more.

Can't help with that.
Just about the only grape product I use comes in 750 ml bottles.

Pure encapsulations makes a product called Grape Pip that I just purchased, which is Grape seed extract and vitamin C (best to take the two together as they work synergistcally).
