    Petite tights?

    Hi there,

I'm thoroughly enjoying cool weather riding and love to watch the fall colours flourish where I ride.

I'm looking for a good pair of cycling tights but am wondering if anyone knows if any manufacturer offers them in petite?

    Thanks!

    Hind Radiant Tights

They don't have a chamois pad, but these tights are available in a petite length and can be worn over your regular cycling shorts.

Oddly enough, I found some men's (at least I think they were men's because they weren't marked women's) Cannondale tights last year on the clearance rack at Performance that were plenty short (I am 5'2"). I was really surprised, but I suspect it was a fluke - no wonder they were on clearance!

I have a 27-inch inseam and got the Canari Velocity tights last year. They are padded and very comfortable. I was surprised to find the length was good too! They are still available from TE:

Thanks Yasmin. Tried and true by a fellow short gal! Although does it fit because it's a XS and they shorten it with decreasing sizes? I only ask because I'd have to wear a S as I have a bigger bum and thighs and not even close to you your 112lbs! I wear a S in most stuff but it's still too long.

I actually went as far to take my leg warmers to a tailor (yes, I endured the strange looks) but they botched the job.

I settled on a pair of Sugoi's and decided to roll them under. It's working well as they have nice elasticy things on them and will grip my ankles. I have the Enduro tight as well which has a zip on the bottom and actually fits really nicely over my booties.

I'll edit what I've written: The "Terry" brand don't fit as well as the others. I needed to lower the waist by about 3" & they could be 1" shorter in the legs. I need to lower the waist on just about everything though except "Trashy Cat" shorts & the "Terry Women's Club Short". For around the hips & bottom area you may be OK because most things bag here for me (32" hips). Goodluck!
