The last time I looked we were up to 6.5" of new snow.

The other day I was hoisting the shovel onto my shoulder so I could catapult the snow onto the berm. It was kind of fun.

Chance of a few snow showers. Highs in the low 30s and lows in the low 20s.
Feb 16 Tuesday
Cloudy with flurries. Highs in the mid 30s and lows in the low 20s.
Feb 17 Wednesday
Sunshine. Highs in the upper 30s and lows in the mid 20s.
Feb 18 Thursday

They're at 54.9 inches at National Airport. Dulles has 72", as does BWI. And counting...

You haven't heard from me at all since the weekend storm and I have a reason for that. I had a special friend visiting from Texas this past weekend -a guy I met on my recent trip to Mali. Yes, I met a guy in Mali. How cool is that.
So I was "stuck inside" all weekend with a wonderful guy. How could I complain about the first blizzard? And...he helped me shovel my snow. But he left on Monday afternoon.
So now I will say - this snow, these blizzards, the cold weather...
