Anybody up for it? Maybe a little further south this time.

    I'm interested. Where and when?
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Hey! I was just thinking about this yesterday and wondering if we should get the ball rolling on something. Thanks!
I'd be up for something, too. I can't do this weekend (the 5th), or Christmas weekend, but other weekends work...
For folks new to the Mid-Atlantic scene....
Last year a few of us joined up in Frederick, MD for a holiday celebration brunch. Good time was had by all. Not a bike involved. Just food, drink, and laughs.
Something in the D.C. area this time??

    Here it is: http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showt...t=28068&page=8
Hopefully, this will go right to page 8, by when the event actually took place!!

I was up in Frederick over the weekend and was also thinking of this. My schedule's unfortunately a bit tight since I'm working every Saturday between now and Christmas, so I'll have to wait and see what day works for everyone else before I commit.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

I'd be interested. I'm crazy busy between now and Christmas and have lots to do on weekends, but I think I have some flexibility in my schedule as long as it all gets done in the end.

    Either date works for me.

Maybe Bethesda/Rockville/Silver Spring? Kinda halfway for the Virginia folks and the Frederick folks.

If it's in Silver Spring, I'd have ideas. Bethesda, we could figure something out easily. Rockville, my knowledge is limited to vegan restaurants and Chipotle so I'm not much help there.

I wish I could join y'all! But it would require an overnight trip and I'm not up for that. Let me know if any of you head down Richmond way and I'll show you around...Have fun.

Nah, you could drive up in the morning, have lunch, visit Proteus, and drive home in the late afternoon. Piece of cake!

13th in SS works for me.

Nah, no reason to rush a visit to Proteus (or lunch with everyone, of course). I'll do it another time.

That sounds like the best option for me. My sister has a PET scan coming up and I will go home to be there when she gets the results, as I'm sort of a integral part of her medical team. I think she's planning it so I go home the end of that week and therefore the following weekend. So the 13th woudl work out well for me, I do believe! As does Silver Spring!

You also know all the Chipotle locations in NYC

I could do SS on the 13th if someone wants to pick me up at the Metro station.

Ooooo, can I play, too, please?

SS has tons of places: Burmese, Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese, sushi, Red Lobster, Macaroni Grill, Panera, Austin Grill, Lebanese, Tex-Mex, Italian, seafood, and on and on and on.
