Poking this thread with a stick

    to see if it's dead.

my left butt hurts and has for a while. I can't decide if it's from single leg presses or the old sciatica acting up.

On an entirely unrelated note, I just put my turkey breast in the oven.
    Nine pounds.
I'll jazz up some Stove Top and then play Meals on Wheels for my bro and sister. They're not infirm or anything but we didn't have a regular meal and everybody likes leftover turkey and stuffing.

From your butt to my quads. I did some exercises with weights that someone posted on another thread of Lance doing, and now I'm paying the piper. I can hardly walk, I feel like I'm 100, but I will be able to climb Ventoux with ease.

Local grass-fed cheeses with homemade sesame crackers, homegrown butternut squash ravioli, farmer's market broccoli, pumpkin pie with hand whipped cream, and she wants gravy too?

I decided to celebrate US Thanksgiving this year. Since it was a school night and life was hectic, I bought all processed foods - precooked turkey breast in gravy, instant mashed potatoes, stove top stuffing, frozen corn, and canned cranberry sauce. It was actually a heck of a lot better than I expected...
