I used to work in Langley, so I know it's a bit of a desert in terms of local bike stores. You need to bike into Vancouver areato check out bikes and plumb their expertise also if you want to custom order. (You now have the Golden Ears Bridge to get you via the Pitt Meadows dikes, etc. then onto Central Valley Greenway. It's a 108 kms. round trip bike ride between downtown Vancouver to Golden Ears. I've done the trip, 3 different times this year.) There's always Translink Skytrain to shorten that bike ride if you wish.
