Name this ride & note to Susan O.
While we await crazycanuck to start off with "IT" for TE's worldwide bike relay ride in Perth, Australia http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showt...t=34804&page=8, maybe we name this megababy ride of ours.
Must be better names than: Team Estrogen World-Crazy Bike Ride Follow IT Around the World Wide Team Estrogen Stir-Crazy World Bike Ride Team Estrogen's Worldly Bike Ride Team Estrogen Rock the Globe Bike Ride I kept Team Estrogen, since that is the basis of our membership and if we continue to use Susan O.'s virtual real estate here to park our pics, stories of meet-ups for tracking this international tour. Maybe we can do a poll to narrow whatever suggestions from anyone else too? ![]() P.S. Hey crazycanuck, we have a woman cyclist advocate from Sydney Australia right now here in Vancouver. Too bad she won't be back in Aussieland until Dec. to bring any "IT" over to you from Vancouver. If it's not pouring rain, dogs and cats, I could get to the Peace Arch at the Canada-U.S. border or past into Bellingham, WA (Point Robert is supposed to be cool, U.S. surrounded by Canada). Ummmmm..maybe wait until the tulips pop up at Mount Vernon, WA. Ok, ok....or maybe Grog, buddhabellies, badger can do this also. 'IT' can have the honour of being on Zero Avenue. (a real street name).

How about Maidei's Mystery Bike World Tour?
(Link I gave above, crazycanuck tells us background of the doll with its bike from Oxfam shop.)

So we need "Team Estrogen" and "Maidei" and "Bicycle" and I think "Women" - don't you? and something about going around the world. So that's getting kind of long . . . . how about including an acronym? Like - Team Estrogen And Maidei" could be "T.E.A.M." so maybe something like "Women's T.E.A.M. Pedal 'Round the World Bike Relay"??
We need more ideas! I'm getting pumped. I want a jersey. |

![]() Estrogen is such a womanly word, so do we need to preface any name with Women's? Do we need "Pedal" and "Bike" within 1 name? Maidei's Team Estrogen World Bike Tour. Or what else? Cool that already Maidei will have a TE logo jersey. Another motivator for the jersey to be popped onto the doll soon when Maidei reaches NW coast.
