I have seen some questions on here about pacelines, so I thought I would share this link. Pacelines can be intimidating and hard to understand, but this is a pretty good how-to on how to ride in them...

I think Stage 3 of last year's Tour de France is a beautiful example of pacelining at work in group conditions.
Also, people with aero bars in general aren't necessarily to be avoided ... as long as they aren't using them except for when they're at the front of the line. I think most of us are taught not to be on the bars when pacelining.
