I am 5 days and counting. I am sure I won't be passing anyone. But just surviving and completing. Today when I get off work it is transition practice. Just going from home pool to bike to run for just some "practice".

Great work. Very nice race. From a coaching stand point... definitely the transitions could be better but you should be really proud of your times. Those are definitely not typical beginner times on the bike or run.![]()
