    I thought you look like the flying nun too, but since we're both 46 I'm dating both of us! Great job- sounds so fun! Your report makes me so excited for my first tri September 27. What's with first tris at 46? HIM at 50?

    Congrats! Love all these tri reports and first tri reports at that.
    I am 5 days and counting. I am sure I won't be passing anyone. But just surviving and completing. Today when I get off work it is transition practice. Just going from home pool to bike to run for just some "practice".

    Great on your time...6th in age group for your first...awesome!

    Great work. Very nice race. From a coaching stand point... definitely the transitions could be better but you should be really proud of your times. Those are definitely not typical beginner times on the bike or run.

    Yeah! Alex I am so impressed with your times! I had been looking at this Triathlon and am planning on putting it on my next years calendar. I am so glad you did it and what a great report! Great job you rock star!
