I am back from vacation and taking a week off of my diet. So I need to start watering up and get down to another 12 weeks of burning fat. I plan to weigh in and post on Friday.

Sorry for the delay. I was out of town for a retirement party for my brother-in-law. While there it seems I drank a cup full of glass shards and fire. Well, at least it feels that way in my throat and esophagus. UGH. On the plus side, can't really eat anything.Minus side, I feel HORRIBLE.
I added in the updates, and took you off Lynette, not a problem, totally understand the need for a break! ANd I also know the feeling of - I lose a pound, then a gain a couple back. I even brought it up with my dr this last week and she sort of just shrugged her shoulders. It just isn't making much sense to me, so I have to figure this out to make any headway!

Burning fat, building fitness . . . one mile at a time . . . one hill at a time.
Yikes PG, I hope you're feeling better! Well, if you lose a pound or two from it, it won't be all for naught ...
Cool vacation pic, Sue.

Forgot to weigh in on friday, but my weight remains the same anyway: 248.4. How is that possible?
155 is the weigh in. Not bad considering it's that time of the month! I've felt like a veritable water balloon!

Is there any way to access the spreadsheet other than signing in to Google? In the past, I've not had a problem--created an account, username, password. However, for the past week, I haven't been able to access. I've contacted Google 2x already with no response. I tried to create a new account and I get a message stating that an account has already been created with my specific e-mail address.
Any suggestions other than creating another e-mail address?
I will admit to not being the most knowledgeable about the google docs. But I think you should be able to get in there since it is set for "everyone". But I really don't know. So I assume the issue is that you can't get in with your email due to the wrong password? Is there no way to get them to send you your password, or am I missing something. Sorry, I'm not a lot of help.![]()

OK, I really don't understand it, since it is set that people should be able to view it without signing in. I just logged myself out of google docs, clicked the link in my post above, and it brought me to the spreadsheet. So you should be able to view it without signing in and I'm not sure why you can't. Again, keeping in mind that I'm good at typing in the numbers, and work with regular Excel all the time. But it was this challenge that brought me to the google docs and I'm still really quite the novice.![]()

I don't need to sign in. It's shows up for me just by clicking.
Until about three weeks ago, I didn't have to sign in either. Then, one day, I was asked to create an account. I didn't have to sign in every time I clicked the link. I've tried abling/disabling cookies, allowing/disallowing popups, etc. But since last week, I have no access. I'll try again to contact google. Makes no sense to me, but then my brain does not work in the whole techie realm.
Well at least we only have one more week. Maybe the next spreadsheet won't give you any trouble? Hopefully!

Forgot to post my weight for last Saturday: 172.1
I've given up dieting and I'm working on learning how to eat normally using the concepts/steps in the book "Normal Eating for Normal Weight". Right now, my goal is not to gain any weight as I learn this...so I'm ok with this past weeks weight and I expect to be the same (or so) for next week.
If there were more time left, I'd probably ask to drop out of this challenge because I'm removing the whole 'diet' concept from my life.
I am also trying to get in more formal exercise. I've been biking fairly regularly (thanks, Susan!), but I haven't been very good at getting in the necessary weight lifting. That's my goal for this next week...complete at least ONE full body weight training session.

And GLC - I can always remove folks from the chart, it is no problem. If that works better for you, let me know. It is all about helping folks with their goals, no matter what that help is!
