    LOL!

Hubby gave Zorro a bath when he got home from work yesterday. Now he's actually black and white instead of black and brownish.

Oxy, I'm glad that Zorro is home safe and sound.

Norsegoddess, the story of Boo-Boo and not Boo-Boo just about had me slapping my knee. (sorry, you had to go though it though)

Just found this updated thread! THat makes my DAY! Congratulations on finding him healthy.

I had a kitty disappear as a kid once, and it was 2 yrs later he strolled back into our lives. Not looking quite as good, pretty beat up from fighting. but none-the-less, back! It's amazing. What a blessing!

Cat Search Turns Into Misunderstood Cat Burglary

    Posted: June 4, 2009 10:16 AM

Fresno, CA- Fresno Police found themselves thick in the middle of a missing cat case this week.

Police were called out to a home at Nees and Fresno around 6 a.m. Wednesday for a burglary in progress.

However when they arrived on the scene they found that their alleged "cat burglar" was really just looking for her cat.

According to police, a 67-year-old woman had gone searching for her missing cat "Mojo" Wednesday morning. The woman climbed onto a nearby rooftop, but slipped and fell into a courtyard below injuring her head, back and ankle.

Fortunately she had her phone on her, and called her son to come and help her out. He arrived in the courtyard only to realize that the only way out was through the apartment (which wasn't theirs).

Both the woman and her son attempted to get the homeowner's attention, only to scare the resident into calling the police believing someone was trying to break into her home.

Police came and the situation was ultimately sorted out.

For the future police recommend that putting out a saucer of milk or tuna would be a more efficient way of coaxing a cat back to its home.

Mojo the cat has yet to be located.

    He's doing just fine, Mimi!

Loved the story. I'm sure the son and his mom will laugh about that adventure some day!

I snapped a quick picture of the Old Man lounging contentedly on the back of our couch. He has taken his place in the pack as if things had never been any different.

I just had to come read this whole thread (partly because our cat disappeared two days ago) and I'm so happy to hear that it has a happy ending!

I also got a lot of good ideas from this thread about how to find our cat (though, ours is already an indoor/outdoor cat).

Thanks for posting all the happy recovery stories!
